Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with 2 inboxes and 100 emails a day. Pick a plan when you are ready to send more.
Whose servers does my mail go through?
Yours. Aircraf sends through the mailboxes or SendGrid account you connect. We never put your campaigns on a shared sending pool or under our own domains.
Which email providers can I connect?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, any mailbox that offers SMTP for sending and IMAP for reply detection, and SendGrid via your own API key.
How does reply detection work?
Aircraf checks each connected inbox over IMAP. When a contact replies, their remaining steps are cancelled and the reply appears in your unified inbox.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?
Sending pauses and resumes the next day. Nothing is dropped and you are never billed for overages.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal in Settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
